Midweek Morning Movement on Zoom

Add some grounding to the middle of your week, to get you over the hump. In this 30 minute live Zoom class, we'll practice moving gently using Rouleau Method principles.

  3. Get your link in the confirmation email (plus a reminder 15 minutes before class starts)

  4. You'll be admitted from the "waiting room" at the time of class.

  5. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy!
